Voces Unidas Action Fund, along with Colorado Working Families Party and COLOR Action Fund, will host a two-day training on how to run for public office and manage an effective campaign. This is a members-only event. Cost is free to members. Declared candidates must pay for the training.

About the event

This two-day, in-person training will provide Latina and Latino leaders with the skills and confidence they need to lead a campaign and create effective change in their communities. 

Participants must be fully vaccinated and agree to wear masks while indoors. We have limited spots. 

During the bootcamp, participants will learn how to:

  • Fundraise and make your pitch
  • Manage an electoral budget
  • Create a winning field plan that includes effective voter targeting
  • Develop effective communications and messaging strategies
  • Powermap your district
  • Manage and recruit an active base of volunteers

This is a members-only event. Cost is free to members of Voces Unidas Action Fund. Declared candidates must pay $300 for the training. Limited spots are available. 

Líderes Institute, a program of Voces Unidas Action Fund, provides trainings to prepare and place leaders in positions of power. This bootcamp is being facilitated in partnership with Colorado Working Families Party and COLOR Action Fund.
